| Smoke Signals is an ongoing, collaborative project that is based upon early forms of long distance communication. The project is executed by recording a smoke signal on video, then mailing it to the recipient who then adds his signal to the videotape. My conversation partner, Chip Kohrman, is located in Columbus, Ohio. We agreed that we would communicate through no other means outside of the smoke signals during the project. | |
